Automation, AI and software engineering · Portugal, EU
Your company's technology department. Without hiring anyone.
We automate what your team still does by hand, digitize what lives on paper and in spreadsheets, build the internal tools you're missing and apply AI where it actually returns something. Always heading the same way: lower costs, higher revenue, more profit at the end of the year.

The problem
Your company's technology is left to chance.
Not because you're careless. Because there's no sensible option between hiring someone full time and asking favors of a freelancer who sometimes replies.
- 01
Work a machine should be doing
Someone spends the morning copying data between a spreadsheet, an inbox and the billing system. Every week. That's paid time producing nothing.
- 02
A quote for everything
Changing one price on the services page becomes an email, a four-day wait and a $250 invoice. By year end you've spent more on quotes than on work.
- 03
Nobody knows your system
Every request starts from zero with someone new who first has to work out how everything fits together. You pay for that learning every single time.
- 04
Hiring costs too much
A senior developer in-house runs $10,000 to $14,000 a month once you count payroll taxes, benefits and time off. For your volume of work it doesn't add up — but the work still needs doing.
How it starts
Three steps. None of them commits you to the next.
- 01
An audit of your business
Twenty minutes on a call and a written audit of what you already have. No cost, no obligation. You come away knowing where you're losing time and money, even if you never call us again.
48 hours
- 02
One first project
We pick the problem costing you the most per month and solve it for a fixed price. That's how you test a partner: little money at risk and the return in plain view.

The retainer
If it went well, you stop asking for quotes. You get a technical department on call and someone who already knows your business by heart.

What we do
Eight ways to start. Every one with the price in the open.
Each exists for one of three reasons: to cut costs, to raise revenue, or to free up time that's costing you money. If it does none of those, we won't propose it.
Process automation
What someone does by hand every week starts happening on its own — no mistakes, nothing forgotten.

AI applied to a concrete problem in your business — not a handsome demo nobody opens twice.

The software your company needs and can't buy, built around the way you actually work.

Your site takes four seconds to open on a phone. Half your visitors are gone before they see it.

PHP from 2014, WordPress with forty plugins, that back office only one person knows how to touch. Move it to something maintainable.

Seven outcomes we can go and get.
Pick whichever interests you most, or let us pick. Within 48 hours you get a written document with what we found, what it's costing you per month, and the three fixes with the best return — no cost and no obligation.
Hours handed back to your team
Repetitive tasks stop eating entire mornings, and that time goes back to work that generates revenue.
Process automation
Everything in one place
Nobody loses another afternoon hunting for something that lived in an inbox or on one person's laptop.
Business digitization
Lower fixed software spend
You stop paying twice for the same capability and paying at all for seats nobody uses. The saving lands at the next renewal.
Internal tools and licenses
More capacity without hiring
Volume grows and the team doesn't have to grow at the same rate.
AI implementation
Decisions with numbers in front of you
The indicators that matter stay visible, without someone assembling them by hand at month end.
Data and decisions
More customers arriving on their own
The website starts bringing in contacts instead of serving as a business card.
Digital presence and technical SEO
The business doesn't stop
No single person or single system is left holding up the whole operation.
Continuity and risk
Not sure where to start?
We'll choose. In most cases the biggest gain isn't where the company thinks it is.
Retainer
A technical department on call for whenever you need it.
Nobody counts hours and nobody raises a quote for every change. For as long as the retainer runs, whatever your business needs in development, automation or technical guidance gets done — and the invoice is the same every month.
Starting at
$650*/mo
No hour counting, no table of allowed requests, no work reclassified as out of scope. The contracted amount is the invoice, every month.
Questions
The ones we always get.
If yours isn't here, leave it in the form below — we answer the same day.
No limit on requests? Really?
There's no hour counting and no table of allowed requests. There's a work queue and a priority order you set with us. If a client's volume grows structurally — you were a ten-person company and now you're sixty — we sit down and revise the amount at the next renewal. Never mid-contract, and never on the invoice without warning.
How do you measure whether this paid off?
Before we start, we write down the number we're trying to move: hours spent on a process, monthly license cost, orders that fall through, sales per hundred visits. At the end, we compare. If costs didn't fall, revenue didn't rise and nobody got time back, the work wasn't worth doing — and we want to be the first to say so.
Why is there no portfolio on this site?
Because most of what we do ships under someone else's name. We work white-label for agencies and under NDA with direct clients — publishing that work would break a contract, and a studio that breaks one client's contract will break yours. Judge us by this site instead: we designed and built it, with the same tools and the same care.
What if I want out?
The term is six months and it renews. To cancel, thirty days' notice is enough. No penalties, no hidden clauses. You take everything: repository, access, domains, documentation, and the handover documents for whoever comes next.
How fast do you respond?
Within 24 hours for any request. Within 4 hours for a genuine emergency — operations down, broken checkout, data leak. It's in the contract, not a sales promise. And there's no cap on how many emergencies you can raise.
Isn't AI going to replace my team?
That's not what we use it for. Where it makes sense, AI handles the repetitive part — reading documents, classifying requests, summarizing information — and gives people back the time they were spending on it. When we assess a case and conclude there's no return, we say it isn't worth doing and we don't do it.
Do you work with WordPress?
We'll maintain an existing WordPress site without complaining. We don't build anything new on it, because after two years the maintenance cost exceeds whatever was saved at the start. If you insist, we'll say no and explain why — we'd rather lose the project than hand over something we know will cause you problems.
How does working across time zones actually go?
We're in Portugal, on Western European Time. Our afternoon is your morning: from 9am Eastern onwards we're both at our desks, every working day, which is more overlap than most US companies get from an offshore team. Anything asynchronous is written down, so you read it when you start your day rather than waiting for a call.
Contact
Tell us what's slowing you down.
We reply within one business day, always with a concrete opinion. If we don't think we're the right people for your case, we'll say so and, where we can, point you to who is.
